I've registered and I received the confirmation email. Why can't I login to my account?

- First, make sure that you are trying to login on the correct page (My account).

- Second, make sure you entered the right password, with no extra spaces, and verify that the Caps Lock is not on (the password is case sensitive).

- Third, if you still can't login, please reset your password on the Forgot Password page.

If the login process still fails after following the steps above, please send us a message to this email address: biz@shopmania.com. Please make sure you write us from the same email address used for registering. That will be the only address we will use to answer you.
