What do the different types of elements from the menu mean?

The menus consist of 3 types of elements: static pages, default pages and external links.

Static page – is a page that displays the requested page content directly. Once created, the static page content can be modified only manually. E.g. About us, Payment methods, FAQ.
Default page - is the webpage that the server displays in a default way when no other page on the domain is specified. E.g. if http://www.domain.com/index.html is loading or when the user inserts http://www.domain.com is considered that index.html is the default page. E.g. Cart, Testimonials, My account
External link - is a link that points at an external domain.
