Why aren't certain categories displayed on the site?
The product categories may not be displayed on the website for several reasons:
Attention! The visibility status of categories and products must be set to Active in order for these to be displayed on the site. If the visibility status of a category is set to Inactive, none of the subordinated subcategories or products included in that category will be displayed on the site.
- When the categories do not contain products;
- When none of the products included in that category meets the visibility criteria.
The most frequent situations when the products do not meet the visibility criteria include the following:
- The products are set as inactive (Product catalog / Product list menu);
- The products are out of stock, and the Catalog settings do not allow products out of stock to be displayed on the site.
