How do I set the automated product import?

In order to automate the import process, it is important to set the frequency settings for it. Via the Automated product import settings you can define several frequency parameters. I.E.: you can set the import name in the Import name field.

Afterwards, based on your supplier's information, you can set how frequently the system will run the process: daily, weekly, monthly, and even the time (and day) when this action will take place.

For each process, you can set the status: active (the system will run the process you defined) and inactive (the system will not run the process).

You can choose to send a notification to the administrator when the automated import process is finished. Furthermore, you have the opportunity to select for other of the account's administrators to receive the notification.
